A carefully selected address which, after 15 years of existence, has redone everything recently, creating a laboratory and expanding to develop its catering activity, without ever losing the quality of its meat or service. It must be said that this addresses high quality meat, chosen as it should be for slaughterhouses, with heifers and calves from Limousin, lambs of Poitou-Charentes, Bresse chickens… Lyon specialities respond to the gourmands'call with fat-double and brioché sausage, bowl of beef tails and chicken liver cake. A catering side (maximum 50 people), we propose only fresh products and original dishes always made home.
