What's this winery hiding in this beautiful building? Created in 2020 by wine enthusiasts Franck and Grégoire, Chai Saint Olive is the first urban winery to open in Lyon. It's an exceptional place to discover the world of wine (tastings, workshops...) thanks to Marie, the cellar mistress. Here, you can discover and savor a local production, labeled "Fabriqué à Lyon", made from local grape varieties - chardonnay, viognier, gamay and syrah - selected from estates less than 80 km away to produce wines aged in stainless steel tanks or barrels and bottled on site. Organization of private or corporate events with wine tasting.
