An ancient Persian city on the Silk Road, a city in Uzbekistan home to many treasures, Bukhara is the name of a restaurant in another silk capital, Lyon. In Jean Macé, a restaurant not very big in size (reservations are advisable), but big in heart and in its cuisine, little (if any) tasted elsewhere, that of Central Asia. What a wonderful place to have dinner. The food was amazingly delicious and the staff was kind and very generous. I had the Plov which was flavorful and decadent.
