Restaurant of Japanese specialities playing the simplicity and the authenticity in Lyon.

Japan declines its specialties. After a first wave of sushi, rāmens have landed on rue Chevreul and quai Saint-Vincent. In both cases, a decor that doesn't need to overdo it to take us to Japan. Well, unless you've done Langues O, the menu can be a little complicated to understand, but the adorable owner is there to translate everything for us. Delicious recipes for rāmens, a Japanese street-food specialty based on noodles served in a bowl of broth with toppings and accompaniments. Fresh quality products, authentic know-how, a real change of scenery for your taste buds. A vegetarian version is also available. Good value for money to vary the pleasures.

Restaurant de ramen authentique (le serveur et le chef sont tous Japonais). Bouillon très riche et plein de saveurs. Attention c'est fait comme au Japon donc assez salé !
Seul petit bémol : si l'oeuf avait été cuit 30 secondes de moins ça aurait été parfait.
