Restaurant playing in the register of the carnivorous gastronomy.
it's been 35 years since the Carnegie became one of our favorite meat addresses in Gerland. An address that pays homage to New York and its famous Gallagher's Steakhouse in a decor that has changed little, but continues to regale us with meat expertise around the indefatigable Jean-Baptiste Killijian. After working in abattoirs and butcheries, JB's big heart continues to welcome us to this restaurant dedicated to grilled meats, whether beef, veal, lamb or even horse (a rarity these days). Specialties include fresh beef tartare and carpaccio, whole onglet and XL meat palette. A carnivorous address.
