Restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio, where the Japanese chef proposes an Asian cuisine and masters the French cuisine.
Lyon and Japan have forged culinary links that offer some of the best gourmet addresses in the world. Off the radar between Guillotière and Garibaldi, Saku is the gourmet haunt of Japanese chef Seisaku Miyamoto. In a tranquil setting, he offers delicate, flavorful cuisine served on plates that are veritable works of art. Having worked at some of France's finest restaurants, including Lassausaie in Chasselay, the chef twists classic French dishes to perfection, such as a royal hare served with quince purée. The short menu changes regularly, a good reason to come back often and be surprised at Saku.

Expérience à renouveler
Un service très accueillant, une cuisine de qualité, des assiettes très belles et note spéciale pour le bœuf qui a ravi nos papilles gustatives (le bifukatu arôme d'ail des ours).
Un excellent rapport qualité prix.
