Corner of paradise with patio preparing generous, sincere, tasty cuisine and traditional dishes of the Southwest.
Vas-y Vas-y is a bit like Castres, difficult to locate on a map. But once you're there, in the Tarn or in this restaurant, it's impossible to leave. Better than a neighborhood canteen, it's a gourmet embassy where rugby and good food, especially from the South-West, are worshipped. Nicolas Revol lovingly prepares emblematic dishes such as andouillette and entrecôte. In winter, cassoulets are a must, and in summer, generous tartars. Freshness and flavor guaranteed. A fine wine list, with good bottles available for purchase. Foie gras to order at the end of the year. Privatization available on request. An authentic, favorite address.
