The forerunner of everything that has ever been done in the art and style of bistronomy in Lyon. Established in 2002 in the working-class Guillotière district, this address has broken the mould by combining conviviality and good food. A delightful setting of old stones and exposed beams, with plates as beautiful as they are delicious, featuring excellent seasonal produce. Creativity thanks to Chef Jeff's know-how, who happily renews the menu in a bath of gustatory pleasures, with a cordon bleu with Morbier and Saint-Marcellin sauce, or a puréed sausage from my Grand-Mère that awakens our fondest memories. Wonderful wine service and cellar open during restaurant opening hours.
