OPAC RHÔNE
Created in 1920, the RHÔNE du Rhône is a responsible and solidarity organisation that ensures cohesion and social diversity in all circumstances. Linked to the General Council of the Rhône, since 2007, it has enjoyed the status of Public Office of Habitat and claims to be a "public service undertaking". Its 16 agencies, spread across the territory, provide everyone with an excellent knowledge of each local reality and its problems. But what exactly does UNSCOM do? It builds, develops and rents its homes at low cost, especially to clients with social difficulties. The public institution is today the region's first social donor, with no fewer than 40 000 proposed housing and more than 90 000 host tenants.
