After opening on the canvas, the first fair grocery store opened in Lyon in 2005 - and yes, 13 years ago - to move and expand in the heart of the Guillotière, at the corner of Antwerp and Montesquieu street, in the most fashionable neighbourhood in Lyon. This grocery store offers the widest choice of food products from the famous Fair Trade, which is increasingly recognised (and it is only fair) and so-called short-term routes with products from the Slopes and Mountains of Lyonnais, Ardèche or Beaujolais for example. There are, of course, cafes, chocolates and teas, but also cereals, spices and so many treasures to discover, often bearing the organic label. We also like sellers that fold into four to find the product you're looking for, even a hibiscus juice. Everything good for our organization and good for economic development, this grocery store has all understood!
