Laure and Nicolas Pépin, trained at the best Lyon and Paris houses - Nicolas at Bouillet, then Triomphe, and Laure at Perroudon -, are back in the capital of Gones with one thing in mind: open their own pastry shop, which offers only homemade products. Today, this charming couple treats us with sublime pastries adapted to seasonal desires. In summer, we love the many creations made from fresh fruits, like this raspberry macaronade or a superb cocktail pie with fruits. Summer is also the time of handmade ice cream and other homemade sorbets. Also do not miss the other delicacies such as desserts. In winter, we are back to our dear chocolate with a Triomphe - white, dark or milk chocolate, with a chocolate biscuit. - or a Coeur Passion. In a pink and beige decor of the tea room, we take a seat to enjoy macaroons - 18 flavors -, chocolates, a perfectly balanced puff pastry, a fruit mousse or a Tube of summer. Many products made from excellent raw materials and an expertise that makes the Pépin pastry shop one of the best gourmet addresses in the neighborhood - and of many addresses to be discovered on the cours Charlemagne with a shop that has just been opened last year.
