LA LIBRAIRIE DE LA PLACE
It's not every day Futé has the opportunity to report the opening of an independent bookshop. As its name may suggest, Librairie de la Place opened its doors at Place Ambroise Courtois, right next to Institut Lumière. We will no doubt regularly find books devoted to cinema and events that take place just two steps away! A bookstore which will not be among the greatest in the city (with its 56 m2), but everyone knows Futé's opinion about the size of some shops that do not reflect the quality of the services offered. A charming place run by Ingrid Salle, like a small house where children are especially welcome, to share the love of reading. More than choice, it's the selection of the library that makes the quality of the place with discoveries in all styles, including crime fiction, foreign literature, and well-represented youth literature. A gateway to books and the world to discover and share in this thriving neighbourhood.
