Pélo is a Lyonnais term used to call out to your buddies in a tender, manly way. Just off the Valmy metro station, in an unassuming little street opening onto the square, Pélo is the brainchild of cook's Dealer gang, Rémi Addo and Jean-Victor Lozes. Wide-open hours for a friendly welcome in a place where people greet each other with a "wesh pélo" behind the counter. From breakfast to dinner, a maximum of local products such as Mokxa coffees, Georges beers and other regional microbrews. Quality street food in the same locavore spirit, accompanied by natural wines and spirits from Distillerie du Rhône. There's no time to indulge at Pélo.
