He has made delicious dragée for over 180 years! Chef Alain Bénier, the great-grandson of the founder of this venerable house, perpetuates the family know-how in chocolate and dragées. For any kind of family events and celebrations, this unique retail store is a must. As for dragées, the choice is wide: eight different types of filling, from the fine classic Avola almond to the hazelnut or nougatine, sugar coatings more or less thick (the finer it is, the more expensive it will be), multiple colours and customizable packaging.
