The Montrottier Egg Festival is like the bells at Easter, it will be back! After 3 editions cancelled because of a sanitary crisis, 2023 will be - we really hope - the great return of this emblematic festival which honors the extraordinary production of the village's chickens. They will lay nearly 40,000 (chocolate) eggs every Easter Sunday to the delight of the children who come to attend this family festival. Parades, animations, a farmer's market, a craft exhibition... all provided by volunteers. Of course, the meals are prepared with eggs from organic farms and local products. Festive atmosphere for a successful day.
