Didier Pouget has been running the Rotisson Estate for 22 years. A vineyard that he leads with a beautiful philosophy of respect for the environment, since the vineyard has been certified Terra Vitis since 2008. As part of this sustainable agriculture approach, Didier Pouget produces wines made from Gamay Noir and Chardonnay. Range of burgundies, but also Beaujolais with "Nature des Pierres Dorées" cuvées in red, white and rosé. There is also a cuvée Prestige Vieilles Vignes (50-60 years old vines). The wines have won prizes in various competitions (Paris, Saint-Vincent, Macon...) and appear in prestigious guides
