Grandson of an authentic Lyonnaise mother on his father's side and an Argentinian cook on his mother's, Julien Barbet prepares delicious meats, all cuts of pork, game in autumn and dishes simmered with love. With homemade smoked sausages, exceptional kebabs and grills, a wine and beer list, the experience is complete.
