The hazelnut, a fruit of the woods? Not only! The EARL Noiseraie du Lyonnais is a group of orchards cultivated on 11 hectares. An exploitation developed by Olivier Coeur. It is from the hazelnuts produced in the hazelnut groves that the Noisetine du Lyonnais is made by hand, at the farm. It is a natural product guaranteed to be 75% fruit. Natural or flavored, the Noisetine du Lyonnais contains no preservatives or additives.

Bonjour, de passage à Craponne, chez des amis, nous avons découvert "Crème de noisette au chocolat". C'est excellent. J'ai bien l'intention de remplacer la pâte à tartiner bien connue par votre produit. La diffusion, de vos produits, est-elle uniquement locale ? Nous l'avons acheté à "La Ferme des produits Lyonnais". Bravo, continuez.

I saw your hazelnuts with Gamm- Green Slope (42120), they are superb and very big. Which is the variety?
For my part I hesitate between Ennis and Belle de Bollwiller.
