L'UNIK
It was in the old bar of the village that Michel Nouvelot, a young chef trained at the hotel school, opened a new restaurant, L'Unik. And it is true that this address is unique, since it offers not only a good kitchen with mountain specialities, but also serves, from 9 a. m. in the morning, a bar, a deposit of bread and newspapers to animate the whole village. In the small room, every day we discover a menu of midday according to the seasonal market and, in the evening, we spoil ourselves with convivial dishes of our mountains: Savoyard or Burgundian fondue with homemade sauces, tartiflette… to accompany wines from Savoy and Bugey. And to vary the pleasures around a simple and tasty kitchen, we also eat a pan frogs'pan, a coast of slate beef, or a duck magret sauce, to finish her meal with a cute chef's pêché or a crepe from crepe pears. A generous address and Smart where you are treated with "small onions".
