Restaurant with a brasserie atmosphere offering an exceptional terrace in Saint-Priest.
A gourmet institution in the heart of the village of Saint-Priest. The third generation with chef Christophe Allardon, trained at some of the world's finest restaurants, has succeeded in developing the family home while preserving its charm. A double-entrance house: on the brasserie side, open onto the village square, and on the restaurant side, with a contemporary dining room and a magnificent flower-filled terrace overlooking the courtyard. Quality bistronomic cuisine with seasonal dishes, Bobosse andouillette just roasted in a hearty jus and, in the evenings and at weekends, the unmissable fricassee of fresh frogs marbled as in Dombes, and real homemade waffles made fresh in the kitchen. Gourmet pleasures to share.
