MAISON BRUN
There are houses that cross the centuries. The Maison Brun house was born in 1958 on the side of Estressin. For 58 years now, and set up for three years now on this side of the Rhône, right at the opposite of Vienne and at an easily accessible crossroads (free parking), Maison Brun has perpetuated the tradition French "eating well", a tradition that offers the quality ingredients of our local and the house traditional productions. Starting from the high-quality meats that are offered on the stall of the butcher. Here, we know where the meats come from, as these heifers bred with passion at the Vincendon farmhouse in Estrablin, or this Bresse poultry (capon, poulard, chicken) or farm poultries of the region, without forgetting the delicious and tender roasts, the sausages or the skewers for the summer BBQ, as well as the many meat preparations. Other gourmet pleasures, stuffed saveloys, a brioche sausage, petrels... But the reasons to treat yourself are not limited to the butcher or the charcuterie when Maison Brun presents superb fruit and vegetables of the region from the best producers. Seasonal ingredients with, for example, spinaches or lamb's lettuce of Ampuis, the fruits of Vallée du Rhône, strawberries of Provence, prepared salads... All of that in "self-service" or with the good advice of an adorable team who knows their products like the back of their hand and can advise us to cook them well. And for those and those who would not like to cook, there are ready-cooked homemade dishes: moussaka, seafood gratin, ham with Madeira, gratin of raviolis with bzucchinis, flan with sweet potato, sauerkraut, homemade blood sausage, homemade andouillette of veal... The shop, arranged into spaces, enables you to fill your basket with starter and dessert (chocolates and Cluzel caramel as bonus for snack!) via the good bottles of the region. A crucial Futé address for the gourmet people.
