The gourmet achievements are of perfect quality, made with chocolate from the house of the Grands Crus, Valrhona in Way-l'Hermitage. Among the jewels to enjoy the craquelines of Anaïs without moderation, the name of Mr. Gorrel's daughter, small meringues made praline; the Prestige prestige, pure chocolate mousse and sponge, but also the coffee, chocolate or coconut rocks, delicate tiles with purple or rose, macaroons of all flavours… At the end of the year, the choice of chocolates to taste and offer grows, with some rarities, like this praline-peanut or this purple ganache.
