The hen is perched on the roof of the "Phare" in Tassin (free underground parking). For the past 8 years, two-time Michelin-starred chef Philippe Gauvreau has been treating us to the great outdoors at Daddy Poule. This atypical place is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight, offering plenty of opportunities to dine in the dining room or on the incredible rooftop terrace. A high level of conviviality, a festive atmosphere on weekends, seasonal, quality cuisine for a snack with friends or a gourmet meal featuring poultry, beef, pork and fish.
