A new one among the Smartest, since Jean-Jacques Cano's restaurant, professional restaurant and man absolutely adorable, started his navigation in January 2014. Calm atmosphere in this peaceful place where you can bathe in shades of grey and blue to enjoy in peace and quiet the specialities of the house, starting with the salmon that is on all the tones. The sailing, where you can stop at the bar outside the hours of service and on the terrace, offers a cuisine inspired by the air of the broad, with a good quality salmon. salmon gravlax, salmon steak, pavé salmon, lasagna with 2 salmon and spinach… Comfortably located in the main room, with the counter, or on the floor, you discover other pleasures on a well-composed map: Of land and sea, volaille poultry with ricotta and its candied lemon cream, an astonishing mignon filet with candied pears or a porto beef pad and asparagus tips. Back to the harbour with fresh fruit salad, soufflé or tiramisu to speculoos. A sail that opens up particularly greedy horizons.
