In a region rich in quality produce, Beaujolais is more than a tribute to local producers, it's a gourmet ode to be shared. Although there's no terrace on the rue d'Anse, the Bistronome has a beautiful dining room - air-conditioned for the summer heat - to welcome us and enjoy the creative cuisine of chef Aurélien Mazard in close collaboration with Frédéric Baggieri. Inspired by the Beaujolais region, the dishes feature a fine balance of flavors and surprising aromas, right down to the desserts. An equally remarkable wine list.
