In Charpennes, Guigui and Mamad - who trained at top restaurants - take you on a gourmet journey to Senegal, a country that delights us all. Tradition is respected with the unmissable Thieboudienne, Mafé, Yassa and Tiep. But you can turn tradition on its head by creating your own bowl or enjoying the chef's excellent burgers.
