A territory apart, an enclave of happy "terroirists" in Lyon. Le Bieristan. A republic on the border between a restaurant and a local bar, this warm, cooperative address on the Villeurbanne side (Gratte-Ciel metro station) is a great place to meet up - the premises are rather large - to share good cheer and good craft beers on the 15 draught beers. On the summer terrace, you'll find regional beers - 25 craft and organic breweries within a 200 km radius - and a selection of organic wines, as well as solid dishes made from local, raw, seasonal produce. Concerts, events, Bieristan remains our home for day and night.
