It is at Casa de Carolis that you must come and buy its Italian sausages: romana spianato, coppa, mortadella mortadella, tangy schiacciata, lonzino, pancetta, cooked ham, herbes ham, speck… but still cheeses with gorgonzola, fontina or provolone, not to mention olive oils or truffle cream, balsamic vinegar, incontournables and polenta, biscuits, antipasti, gressini and polenta, biscuits, babas au and ice with perfumes that constantly renew (melon, watermelon, passion fruits, white fishing, ice yogurt with fresh fruit…).
