The passion for wine has been going on here for 5 generations and today it is Marie-Antoinette Cimetière who cultivates the 8 ha of the estate. The black gamay with white juice represents 98% of the vineyard, producing beaujolais, morgon and saint-véran. A wine producer by passion, the winemaker has turned to reasoned methods: manual harvesting, reduced yields, qualitative selection of the vines, vinification and bottling on the estate. The joy of her job? That people come back and drink with her, just for the pleasure.
