JACKY PASSOT
A passionate and very friendly winegrower, Jacky Passot offers morgon, floral, chiroubles, Beaujolais-villages red and rosé, and burgundy white chardonnay. Its know-how is based on the choice of black gamay with white juice for the vines and the highest density of planting in the world (9,000 to 10,000 vines/ha), which is labour-intensive but essential to achieve a high level of quality. The Fontriante estate, on 11 hectares, has belonged to the same family for four generations, which has taken care of the vines, well exposed, at mid-hills, located between 250 and 400 m. Once a year, they are ploughed to bury the only organic fertilizer and allow good aeration of the soil. A shower of medals comes every year to reward the winegrower's know-how. Various tastings are planned at private customers' premises to promote and offer the wines in several regions of France, it is up to you to ask for it!
