DOMAINE XAVIER JACQUELINE
The microclimate of Brison-Saint-Innocent benefits the Domaine Xavier Jacqueline, which extends over six hectares with a still preserved nature and exceptional landscapes. Here, a father and his daughter are the artisan winegrowers working the vines in respect of the land, moreover, since 2016, the farm is in conversion to organic farming. The winegrowers work in biodynamics. Xavier and Mathilde make the pair, making wines from Savoie that can only be appreciated in practice by tasting them (in moderation) in a century-old urban cellar in Aix-les-Bains. An atypical terroir between lake and mountains that allows the production of La Perle du Lac, Chardonnay, Le Jardin de Mathilde, Roussette, Malvoisie, Mondeuse and Pinot Noir.
