GAEC du Signal is a goat farm located near Lepin le Lac in the village of Attignat-Oncin, in other words in the Regional Natural Park of the Chartreuse massif. You can visit the farm and discover how life is organized around animals and cheese making... Faisselles (white cheeses), Caillou de l'Epine, Le Signal, Le Mont Grèle, Le Galet de Chartreuse, Le Pavé d'Aiguebelette, Le Cœur du Lac, Le Rocher de l'Epine... so many cheeses with evocative names and so many taste adventures to try... At 5:30 p.m., you can even watch the trafficking of chèvres !
