Cédric, Julien and Sébastien, three friends from Aussois, mountain dwellers before they were brewers, decided to create their own beer with the flavors of Aussois. Since 2016, Brasserie d'Oé has been producing an organic, unfiltered beer in blond, amber and brown versions... Production remains confidential, but it's well worth a look. Mountain Stout (black beer), Golden Ale (blonde), Brown Ale (brown beer), American Amber Ale (amber): why not simply pay a visit to these three friendly brewers in their brewery in the heart of the village?
