FERME DU SAGET
Françoise and Philippe Cagnon are close to their animals and take great care of them. Their speciality being the breeding of dairy cows (tarentaises, abundances and Montbeliards), the production of organic milk and apples and cheekbones is a matter of course while each cow has its own little name. Here, we gladly explain the environmentally friendly practices in place and present the animals, the farm and the cheese production: tomme, saget with ash, pepper, basil, garlic or cumin... A great opportunity to discover agricultural work with enthusiasts.
