Don't expect to meet Amélie Blanche because it's not one, but two people in reality, namely the two grandmothers of the farmer-picker who lives here. What a beautiful tribute! These are indeed grandmothers' remedies in the noblest sense of the word... Christophe works on small plots of land and prepares all kinds of herbal teas and infusions... He is a careful craftsman, certified organic, who oversees the harvesting, but also the drying conditions, the essential phase... But it is a whole, the ecological approach is present even in the design of the building and the choice of materials used. Buying directly from a producer who wants to do quality is also a way to support an agriculture that goes in the right direction and to be able to exchange directly with these passionate professionals is a real pleasure
