SAVEURS DES ALPES - CHARCUTERIE
For three generations, the Grosset family has been passing on the traditional know-how of butchery and delicatessen. Jean-Christophe, who took over the torch in 2004, puts this craftsmanship and respect for traditional methods at the service of our taste buds. As you enter the shop, the smells bewitch you, heralding beautiful flavours. The eye is attracted by the wide choice of sausages, dry sausages, Betatos, hams and ham nuts, diots, pork, dried pieces such as pancetta, coppa and longo... This is enough to fill one of the baskets provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to ask for advice, the house is welcoming and knows its products. You can complete your choice with cheeses from small local producers, honeys, alcohols and wines... An address not to be missed on the road to Val-d'Arly.
