Jarsy is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Bauges Massif, at the foot of the Pleuven tooth (1 771 m) on a flat surface overlooking the Chéran Valley. The village is surrounded by the highest peaks of the massif, such as Arcalod (2 217 m) and Trélod (2 181 m). During the summer season, it is recommended to visit the farm with your family. We meet the producers who explain their profession and their way of doing things in the mountain pastures. The life of a shepherd is very special and the link with the herds is very strong. It is also the opportunity to take a nice walk on the mountain cow trails (about an hour and a half of walking). It will be a question of knowing more about the Bauges AOP volume of course!
