It is possible to discover all the secrets of this star cheese's production with guided tours from Tuesday to Thursday at 9:30 am. And you will be amazed at all the steps you have to take before you get the tasty cheese you know! Of course there is a tasting. Un personnel ultra agréable et des produits locaux et de qualité. Parmi mes préférées : le beaufort, bien entendu mais aussi la raclette à l'ail des ours, la tome crémeuse, les yaourts à la framboise, la crème (je suis une cliente régulière :-) ). Un rayon propose également des diots et du jambon local, un régal! Les visites sont possibles si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur la fabrication du Beaufort. A noter que les locaux sont très propres et ont été refaits à neuf et avec goût il y a 3-4 ans.

Produits excellents, en revanche l'accueil, le sourire, le "bonjour et l'au revoir ne doit pas faire partie de la formation d'une des caissières notamment d'une blonde à lunettes... hallucinant pour ce type de commerce dans cette période!
