The farm is easily recognizable, it is a recent building, entirely made of wood. Here, dairy cows (about fifty) are raised to produce Tome des Bauges PDO and some other fresh cheeses, but there is also a small production of beef from milk calves and cows raised on the farm. The animals are fed grass and dry fodder in accordance with the PDO specifications, which guarantees product quality. Milk production is processed and refined on the spot, so that's what it's interesting to discover when you come to visit the farmers.
