LA BAUJUE
Organic, local and independent brewery in the Bauges massif created by Sylvain Ravier. Here we make four types of beer at a rate of 550 litres per week: white, blonde with character, blonde, and the brew of the moment according to mood. The brewer is attentive to the quality of the product and respect for the environment. La Baujue therefore selects ingredients from organic and local agriculture. Here, we take the decision to create live beer. Made from a mixture of malts and hops, La Baujue is unfiltered, unpasteurized and ferments again in the bottle, thus preserving all its aromas. Also the deposits that can be seen at the bottom of the bottles are quite normal.
