LE JARDIN DES HAUTINS
Julie and Eric take care of their family vegetable farm located in Méry. It extends over 7 hectares. Cultivation in tunnels and in the open field allows the production of 65 types of vegetables in a sustainable way. Compost of leaves provided by the golf course of Aix-les-Bains, natural products, waste recycling and a selection of vegetable varieties that limits the treatments with control of watering (micro-dispersion) from a spring water recovery tank, so much care taken to the soil and the fruits of the latter that also allow to appreciate both the approach and the philosophy as well as the vegetables themselves.
