The Moûtiers dairy cooperative, with almost 60 years' experience, is renowned for its production of quality cheeses, in particular Beaufort, its flagship product. It produces over 800 tonnes of this emblematic cheese every year, while also offering a selection of local cheeses, creamy yoghurts and other gourmet products. Petit futé et gros jobard !
Magnifique machine à touristes ! quant au Beaufort à 20€ le kg. c'est comme le miel sans étiquette d'origine, du nom de l'apiculteur etc. Allez, allez continuons comme cela et la planète sera une vrai machine à cons ! Déserte !

Beaufort d été 2017 à moins de 20€ le kilo. Prix très intéressant car ce fromage coûte 2 fois plus cher sur Paris. Vous pouvez même acheter dans les distributeurs réfrigérés si la coopérative est fermée ou sur leur site internet. Évidemment, vous trouverez aussi de la tomme ou de la charcuterie et des crozets.
