Michel Maubon created his microbrewery in 2015. A small, simple brewery, very traditional and above all producing an organic beer in small quantities, with quality ingredients and the water of Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte. The beers of the Roteuse de l'Arclusaz (blonde, white, amber, brown, honey, ginger, current beers) are rather sweet. But nothing beats tasting them (in moderation) and talking with this passionate and meticulous brewer who has no intention of changing his size to produce his precious beverage distributed locally.
