White, red, rosé, sparkling... Franck Merloz is a local child, but he is also a wine lover and a reference wine merchant. He has a strong affection for the Savoyard vineyards, even if he offers a selection of wines from all over France. It gives pride of place to winegrowers committed to an organic, biodynamic or natural approach and offers theme-based tasting evenings to allow them to discover the terroirs and know-how of here and elsewhere.
