La Fromagerie, located in Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne, is one of the sales outlets of the Coopérative laitière de la vallée des Arves. Here, the Beaufort PDO of the Coopérative des Arves is king. There are also the Tommes Fermières de Maurienne (Montvernier, Sollières, Termignon...), farmhouse cow, goat and sheep cheeses... The range of flavours is very wide. Local Savoyard products are invited to the stalls to complete the gourmet offer made to visitors. Mountain honeys, Savoie PDO wines from the Cruet Cooperative Cellar, Fontcouverte snails are among the dishes on offer...

Le choix est pléthorique mais la commercante a oublié d'être aimable !
