La Clef des Champs is a winery located in Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. It's a small, family-run operation that emphasizes respect for nature in the production of its wines. The vines are worked mechanically, without chemical weeding, and treatments are carried out in a reasoned manner. Harvesting is done by hand, eliminating grapes of insufficient quality and guaranteeing excellent quality juice. Vinification is carried out naturally, without the use of yeast or chemicals. La Clef des Champs offers a varied range of wines, including whites, reds, rosés and sparkling wines. In addition to wines, other products include grape juice, marc de Savoie and génépi.
