Tony de Oliveira, although not of Savoyard origin, founded in 2005 probably the most Savoyard of all the traditional breweries in the department. Not only because of its name Sabaudia, which takes after the name that Savoy used to bear, but also because of the brewer's desire to revive the Savoyard brewing traditions. Passionate and creative, he gave birth to the Blonde, Amber, White and Black B.A.S.... but also to the Brassin aux épices for Christmas.
