For over 60 years, the Haute Maurienne Vanoise dairy cooperative has been firmly established in Lanslebourg. Every day, it collects and processes milk from 40 local farms to produce two regional treasures: Beaufort PDO and the famous Bleu de Bonneval-sur-Arc. If you're a gourmet enthusiast, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to tantalizing your taste buds with our varied and diverse range of products. On ne sait plus où donner de la tête
Le choix est important et même pour l'amateur de fromage que je suis, c'est difficile de se décider... Tous les fromages ont l'air plus succulents les uns que les autres et je me suis donc fié aux conseils du vendeur pour faire mon choix: du Beaufort et du fromage à fondue. Nous les avons dégustés à notre retour et avons été très surpris par la qualité de ceux-ci. La fondue était incroyable (avec un peu de vin blanc de Savoie) , mais je recommande tout particulièrement le Beaufort qui était très fruité: un délice!
Un sans faute donc, je recommande!

There is only in altitude found this quality cheese! Simply because the cows graze (eat different herbs young and fresh mixed flowers). And it is in winter cheese of summer (because of the time of maturing) starts to be sold. In Lanslebourg, it is famous, (I recommend it). The division of passion, when you buy it is; here we sells its products that you know! for the cheeseboard, aperitif, for the break-in crust sportsmen or into fondue…I still mouth water!
