The Fromagerie Coopérative de Haute Maurienne Vanoise, located in Lanslebourg, celebrates over 60 years of passion for dairy craftsmanship. Every day, it harvests milk from 40 local farms to create the famous Beaufort and Bleu de Bonneval cheeses. In fact, nearly 5 million liters of milk are processed here every year. You have the chance to visit this production facility, which is open to the public free of charge every morning. Guided tours can be arranged on request.
