100% PLEIN AIR
Located on the heights of Venthon, near Albertville, this 100% free-range pig farm is a veritable paradise for pigs. The pigs benefit from wide-open spaces throughout their fattening period, and remain on the farm for 4 to 6 months. Piglets are also raised outdoors. The farm has around 180 charcuterie pigs, raised in batches of 20 to 30 pigs, guaranteeing the piglets' recognized origin. The pigs are fed exclusively with non-GMO cereals produced by a miller. The pigs have the chance to feast all day on herbs, roots, apples and chestnuts. The farm's products include a variety of free-range pork meats and charcuterie, such as tenderloins, roasts, roulades, chops, cutlets, sautees, fresh brisket, cured ham, dry sausages and more.
